Keystone Technical Institute Graduates First Class

Keystone Technical Institute is proud to announce its 58th graduation ceremony and the first graduating class under its new name on Friday, February 2, 2007. Commencement services for 42 graduates were held at the Four Points Sheraton in Harrisburg at 6:00 p.m. and featured an address by State Representative Ronald S. Marsico.

Top academic honors at Friday's graduation went to valedictorian Georgianna Quayle in the Paralegal program and salutatorian Lauren Barbera in the Dental Assistant program. Other graduates earning awards for Academic Excellence were Brandy Fultz, Stephanie Jewell, and Angela Mitchell.

The gathering of graduates, family, friends, and KTI staff was treated to an address by State Representative Ronald S. Marsico before the awards, degrees, and diplomas were handed out. Marsico is the senior Dauphin County House member and has maintained a perfect attendance record in the House. Keystone Technical Institutes graduates who were recognized for perfect attendance were Tabitha Handshew and Georgianna Quayle. David W. Snyder concluded the ceremony by presenting the first KTI Presidential Award to Betsy Wirfel.
