Culinary Arts Students Host First Dinner Buffet

The Culinary Arts department at Keystone Technical Institute held their first dinner buffet on Thursday, March 1, 2007. Open to all students, faculty, and staff, the meal fully prepared and served by our Culinary Arts students featured brushetta, meatballs, zuppa du jour, ambrosia salad, garden salad, baked zucchini, garlic sticks, lasagna, crab manicotti, chicken alfredo, tiramisu, and canola.
