Keystone Technical Institute's Culinary Arts instructor Chef Richard Stiffler is now on the internet! Chef Stiffler has been selected by Hershey Chocolate and allchocolate.com to demonstrate dessert preparation and cooking tips in an online video located here. By clicking on the instructional video at the bottom of the page, the vast world wide web audience is treated to Chef Stiffler creating chocolate cream pies and mocha filled cream puffs. Demonstrating his winning personality and gifts for teaching, Chef Stiffler shows us once again what an asset he is to our school.
