Four Points By Sheraton Hosts KTI''s 61st Graduation Ceremony

Keystone Technical Institute proudly celebrated its 61st graduation ceremony on Friday, June 20, 2008. Commencement services for 42 graduates were held at the Four Points by Sheraton Harrisburg at 6:00 p.m. and featured a keynote address by Susan McNaughton.

Top academic honors at Friday’s graduation went to valedictorian Shannon Hetrick and salutatorian Stefanie Spidle, both graduates of the Child Care Specialist program. Other graduates earning awards were Moriah Hoffman for academic excellence and Kelly Leach, Brandy Long, Courtney Shreves, Kelly Troutman, and Sara Yinger for perfect attendance.

The gathering of graduates, family, friends, and KTI staff was treated to an address by Pennsylvania Department of Corrections Press Secretary Susan McNaughton before the awards, degrees, and diplomas were handed out. David W. Snyder concluded the ceremony by presenting the KTI Presidential Award to Malaina Washington of the Medical Assistant Specialist program.
